ALPHA BOOTCAMP: A Cheetah Gym Signature Class! Instructors get creative with the alphabet in this full body toning and cardio Bootcamp workout. Class will in some way focus on either a letter of the Alphabet or otherwise use word play to combine cardio and strength exercises. Expect a unique workout each week!

BOOTCAMP: A Certified Fitness Instructor will push you harder than you can push yourself in this interval and strength training free-for-all. Find the edge of your physical strength and endurance. Expect a different workout each class! All levels welcome! Modifications will be shown. AMRAP BOOTCAMPb> is structured as a circuit where participants complete timed rounds for a full body workout.

CARDIO DANCE: A Cheetah Gym Signature Class! : High-intensity cardio dance set to today’s hottest charting music. Cardio Dance is appropriate for all levels from the beginner to the highly conditioned cardio junkie. You will sweat, squat, squat some more, kick, punch and dance your heart out in this workout designed to develop superior cardio endurance. Song requests welcome!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Cardio Kickboxing combines kickboxing moves, athletic moves, cardio drills and combinations set to music producing an intense endurance challenge!

CIRCUIT SCULPT: This Full Body Workout alternates cardio and strength stations in a circuit. Expect a different workout each week! Capacity limited to 18 participants on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your spot. A ticket from the front desk is required to attend class.

EXPRESS CYCLE: This all level 45 minute indoor cycling free-for-all starts with a flat lap around the base of a mountain. From there your instructor will guide you though a series of hill climbs and sprint drills designed to push you to reach the mountain’s peak. Indoor Cycle is an effective cardiovascular workout that’s easy on your joints.

hardCORE: Focusing on your midsection, hardCORE will work your abs, back muscles and your entire core.

HATHA YOGA : Hatha Yoga offers an opportunity to learn the basic hatha (physical) yoga positions (asanas) while learning to connect your body and your breath. Beginners are always welcome! Mats are available at the front desk.

INDOOR CYCLE: : Cheetah’s signature indoor cycling format takes you on a cross country bike tour with motivating visuals and music. Indoor Cycle is an effective cardiovascular workout that’s easy on your joints.

KETTLEBELL CIRCUIT : Kettlebell strength exercises, cardio drills and TRX exercises combine to condition and strengthen your entire body. Led by Cheetah Gym Personal Trainer Julie Steffen. Capacity limited to 16. Please arrive early to pick up a class card from the front desk. Capacity limited to 18

KICKBOXING : KICKBOXING: Traditional MMA inspired Kickboxing combines boxing moves, athletic moves, cardio drills and pad work producing an intense endurance challenge! Led by Jason Bender Wednesday nights 5:30-6:30pm

OLD SKOOL™ : Old Skool Dance Cardio rocks your favorite pop, and hip hop beats from decades past with fly dance moves for the freshest funnest throwback cardio dance fitness class on the planet.

PILATES : All Pilates classes are based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Pilates creates an amazing lower impact workout to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. The focus is on the core (abdominals, lower lumbar, hips, glutes and thighs). Classes are designed for all levels.

ROWtation: A Cheetah Gym Signature Class! : a high-energy circuit training class rotates participants though a variety of strength training stations and timed rowing drills. ROW-tation is an exciting, social, efficient full-body workout! Please be on time - late arrivals not permitted. Capacity 18.

RHYTHM RIDE : This all level formatted indoor cycling class is built around music and beats. Dalia will challenge your body and cardio endurance pushing you with all your favorite pop, hip hop, rock, and EDM music. Time flies by. Indoor Cycle is an effective cardiovascular workout that’s easy on your joints.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: The name says it all. Strength exercises and cardio drills combine to condition and strengthen your entire body.

TRX BOOTCAMP: Strength exercises and cardio drills combine to condition and strengthen your entire body. Capacity limited to 9. Please arrive early to pick up a class card from the front desk.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA / POWER VINYASA YOGA: Link poses and breathing with fluid ease. Postures flow and connect one movement to another. All levels of yogis are welcome from the very beginner to the advanced athlete. Mats are available at the front desk.

WEEKEND WARRIOR: Work hard. Play harder. This class uses interval training to make efficient use of your time at the gym.

WERQ: This dance workout is based on pop, rock, and hip hop music.
