ANDERSONVILLE GROUP X CLASSES
Over 50 Group Classes Each Week.
Cheetah Gym offers diverse Group Fitness classes each week taught by highly qualified and dedicated Fitness Professionals. Choose from classes such as Hot Bod, WERQ, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, hardCORE, Indoor Cycling, Weekend Warrior, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, and more. Cheetah Gym’s Group Fitness classes are categorized by your mission: Cardio, Strength, Indoor Cycling, Mind/Body, Fusion (combination of cardio and strength). A new group exercise schedule comes out four times each year: Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.

Schedules can be picked up at the front desk or printed from the website. At each change, we consider member feedback and requests received from the prior schedule as well as introduce new and exciting class formats and instructors!

Just interested in classes? We offer affordable class punch cards and class passes:
• 1 Day $15- good for as many classes as you would like to take that day.
• 10 Workout Gym + Unlimited Classes Punch Card $129- good for 10 total visits and as many classes as you would like to take that day.

WERQ™..... pronounced “work” is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Are you ready to WERQ?

Weekend Warrior
Work hard. Play hard. This class uses interval training to make the most of your time at the gym so you can get to your weekend playtime. Weekend Warrior begins with a warm-up, moves into alternating strength and cardio intervals for a dynamite calorie burn, and finishes with a yoga-based stretch to increase your range of motion.

Pilates
All Pilates classes are based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Pilates creates an amazing lower impact workout to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. The focus is on the core (abdominals, lower lumbar, hips, glutes and thighs). Classes are designed for all levels.
